Abstract:
研制一台大能量高稳定性的钕玻璃激光器.采用陶瓷紧包聚光腔,双脉冲氙灯侧面泵浦棒状磷酸盐钕玻璃,平行平面谐振腔实现激光器大能量、稳定性输出.应用光线追迹软件,仿真聚光腔内钕玻璃激光棒泵浦光场,分析聚光腔的泵浦光分布,优化聚光腔设计.采用半桥逆变式串联谐振充电的电源主电路,应用PID控制技术的控制电路实现激光器高稳定输出.通过实验分析计算,钕玻璃激光器输出单脉冲能量为214J、脉宽为2 ms,激光能量输出的稳定性为±0.7%,电-光转换效率为1.9%和光束质量M2为1.5的激光.
