Abstract:

研究了紫外激光辐照对ZrO2、ZnO、和SrTiO33种功能非金属氧化物单晶表面浸润性影响的规律,结果表明:经过准分子激光辐照后,ZnO与SrTiO3单晶表面先亲水,最后稳定在疏水状态,而ZrO2呈现单一的超疏水性能.分析表明,激光辐照诱导的表面粗糙突起结构是导致材料表面疏水的决定性因素,而表面化学成分的变化对其影响较小.此外,采用325 nm连续激光辐照也可实现ZnO和SrTiO3单晶表面光致亲水效应,这是由于辐照表面产生的缺陷位更容易吸附水分子中羟基基团,导致表面亲水.
