Abstract：
综合运用层次分析法、德尔菲法和熵值法,建立了近现代建筑遗产价值评估体系的层次结构模型,确定了近现代建筑遗产价值评估中各分项指标的权重。根据权重分配结果,指出在近现代建筑遗产价值评估中,应重点评估建筑遗产的艺术价值和历史价值。
