Abstract：
目前,北京市农村老年人医疗保险的利用工作卓有成效.以延庆县为例,农村老年人“新农合”的参合率达99.6％以上,同时,在调研过程中发现其中也存在着不足.要充分体现“新农合”惠民政策就必须做到宣传到位、沟通到位、组织到位、服务到位、落实到位,让群众真正享受到惠民政策带来的实惠.
