采用常规混凝沉淀结合粉末活性炭-超滤一体化中试工艺处理北江水,经过70 d连续运行,考察了投炭量对浊度、UV254、COD Mn去除率、膜污染的影响以及清洗时间对膜污染清洗效果的影响.结果表明,粉末活性炭可有效提高有机物去除率,在5、10和20 mg/L投炭量下,粉末活性炭-超滤一体化工艺对UV254去除率分别增加至27.00%、43.17%和52.97%,对COD Mn去除率分别增加至6.70%、20.91%和22.98%,5~10 mg/L投炭量可满足试验水质条件下经济性和出水水质的要求;在投炭周期24 h内,有机物去除率逐渐下降并最终趋于稳定;粉末活性炭投加对缓解膜污染有一定效果;采用N...
