Abstract:
利用透射电镜原位拉伸技术研究了Ti2448单晶合金微观结构的演变,观察到应力诱发β→α"马氏体相变与应力诱发β→ω相变.严重塑性变形后裂纹附近d"马氏体相晶粒尺寸为几~几十纳米,弥散地分布在β基体上.在应力加载状态下应力诱发的ω相呈现几个纳米大小的两个变体.原位塑性变形过程中观察到的纳米尺度moiré条纹区域是由均匀形核的位错所形成.
