Abstract：
石化企业发生爆炸、火灾或中毒事故的潜在危险因素较多,且与其它行业相比,事故危害性大,后果严重.因此,分析评价石化项目危险化学品潜在的事故隐患和由此而引起的环境风险意义重大.阐述了石化行业危险化学品项目进行环境风险评价的必要性,探讨了该行业环境风险评价的内容和方法,分析了该行业现行环境风险评价存在的主要问题,研究确定其环境风险评价的侧重点,提出了防范石化行业危险化学品环境风险的对策与建议.
