Abstract：
民间借贷是正规金融融资的有益和必要补充，但近期因温州私营业主的欠债失踪潮而饱受争议。本文从温州地区民间借贷问题入手分析了民间借贷问题产生的原因，进而探究了该地区中小企业融资困难的原因并最终提出了相应的解决对策。
