文章关注了我国创业板上市公司高管大幅减持这一新问题,通过对截至2011年6月30日为止发生减持的69家公司进行统计分析,对高管减持的总体现状进行了描述,并在此基础上进一步探究了高管减持的方式与动因,最后提出了相关的政策建议.
