Abstract：
在北京市第三产业能耗逐年增大的形势下,研究第三产业能源利用效率具有重要的现实意义。本文通过建立能源相对有效性综合评价流程,以北京市数据作实证分析,对其进行第三产业能源效率相对有效性评价。
