通过对香港五所公立高校薪酬及其激励机制的考察,了解香港高校的相关做法,吸取有益的经验,为大陆高校收入分配体制改革提出政策性建议.经过深入的调查和访谈,我们得到的启示是,为了更好地发挥薪酬制度的激励作用,需要明确高校定位、缩小内部收入差距,以及为青年教师的发展提供更多机会和空间等.
