Abstract:
为获得用于工业应用的高功率、高光束质量脉冲激光输出.理论分析了谐振腔结构,设计出双棒串接、双氙灯泵浦的平行平面腔脉冲Nd:YAG激光器,使用像传递系统和90°偏振旋转器有效补偿热致双折射效应,激光器稳定工作在基模动力学稳定区边界时,实现了平均功率971 W、光束参数积11.43 mm·mrad的激光输出,与理论分析相符.
