研究研发产业热点领域并把握发展趋势，对于确定研发产业政策，确定科技经费支持重点具有重要意义。本文提出了利用专利和文献数据，分析研发产业热点领域与趋势的思路，并以北京研发产业为实例，阐述了北京研发产业热点领域及发展趋势。
