Abstract:
热冲压高强钢点焊过程易产生飞溅、缩孔,并且存在热影响区软化等现象.通过对热冲压高强钢点焊工艺初步分析表明,热冲压高强钢点焊需采用较大电极压力.采用恒流模式,当电极压力为4.2 kN时进行点焊,点焊过程易产生飞溅,导致焊接窗口较小,并且熔核中存在缩孔缺陷.采用合理的点焊锻压力可以显著抑制缩孔产生.智能调控(IQR)点焊模式根据动态电阻的变化,自适应调节热量输入,可大大降低飞溅率,且保证点焊质量的稳定性.
