Abstract：
为提高城市客运交通枢纽建设时序决策的科学性，最大限度地发挥交通枢纽投资的社会效益，提出客运交通枢纽规划方案建设时序确定方法。定义了区位重要度、客流重要度、节点重要度和综合重要度概念，作为确定枢纽建设时序的依据。利用动态优化流程确定枢纽建设时序方案。以北京市客运交通枢纽规划方案为例进行枢纽建设时序分析，说明该方法的应用流程。
