使用光束光斑质量诊断仪检测了CO2激光垂直穿过直流TIG电弧后的光斑半径及传输方向的变化,考察了激光离焦量及作用电弧位置对光斑的影响,计算了光束通过电弧后的偏折角度.结果表明,电孤等离子体的“负透镜效应”使得激光束在0、+10 mm离焦量下作用电弧中间位置时,测量的光斑比原始光斑半径增大;-10 mm离焦量下光斑缩小.电弧的“棱镜”折射,使得光束穿过电弧后有向阴极的微小偏折,计算偏折角度为0.8°.激光束0离焦量,作用电弧阳极附近时,光斑呈椭圆.
