Abstract：
介绍了几种焊接材料扩散氢测试精度及方法的研究进展,色谱法、热提取法和水银法都存在一定的误差.扩散氢含量在5～10 mL/100 g范围时,测量误差可达到±1.5 mL/100 g；扩散氢含量小于5 mL/100 g时,测量误差可达到±1 mL/100 g.电弧电压、焊接电流、送丝速度、测试温度、测试时间、环境湿度和熔敷金属总量对于测试结果影响较大,目前的测试方法难以满足低氢及超低氢焊接材料对测试精度的要求.
