提炼高校高水平游泳队的管理因素以及确定各因素所占权重对有针对性地进行管理,并合理地分配管理资源有重要指导意义.本研究通过对高校主管竞赛训练的管理专家进行定性访谈及定量问卷调查,运用层次分析法,得出了高校高水平游泳队管理因素模型.
