Abstract：
分析了我国再生资源回收利用工作的现状，借鉴发达国家的先进经验，提出建设我国再生资源回收利用体系的基本框架，以及发展我国再生资源产业的政策建议。指出建设具有中国特色的再生资源回收利用体系是推动再生资源产业成为新的经济增长点的前提和保障。
