低碳经济现已涉及人类生活的各个领域,气候变化问题成为世界最敏感的问题.以历年能源消耗量以及CO2排放量为基础,通过Logistic模型对北京市CO2排放量进行分析,最后得到北京市节能减排,发展低碳经济的政策建议.
