以微米级普通商业粉为原料,采用CO2激光烧结技术获得可见光区透光率约60%、红外区透光率可达80%的Nd:Y2O3陶瓷.经1250℃预烧后的平均粉径约400 nm的原料粉素坯,在~292 W/cm2的激光功率密度下烧结200~300s,可以得到气孔率低,透光度较好的透明陶瓷.采用X射线衍射,扫描电镜分析了陶瓷的物相和显微结构,探讨了激光烧结透明陶瓷的透光机理.激光烧结透明陶瓷过程短,可控性强,对透明陶瓷烧结技术地发展具有十分重要的意义.
