针对春运火车票＂一票难求＂这一突出矛盾,从制度经济学的视角并结合社会成本进行了分析,提出产权不明情况下政府对其价格的干预是造成＂一票难求＂现象的根本原因,市场机制的引入有助于解决上述问题,有利于铁路部门重新界定其行为边界.
