赢利模式单一与竞争日趋激烈,使得中国传统电视媒体的生存和发展问题日益严峻。因此,本文针对电视栏目商业模式问题,拟从价值链的角度,探索电视栏目价值链的特点,找出新的赢利模式,并运用案例研究加以说明,为现实企业利润提供指导建议。
