运用CFD软件对射流管伺服阀在不同工作介质下的流场特性进行仿真分析,重点研究伺服阀的结构参数对流场特性的影响,这些影响因素主要包括:射流管直径d1、接收管直径d2、射流管到接收管的端面间隙b、两个射流接收管的夹角α、射流管偏转角φ、系统背压pt等。为射流管伺服阀结构的优化设计提供理论依据。
