Abstract:
运用RBF神经网络理论建立机床主轴热误差数学模型,首次采用API主轴测量系统对150MD24Y16型电主轴进行了热变形实时测量.实验结果表明,所测主轴热变形沿Z轴方向最大,在主轴转速1 000 r/min的条件下,约为43 μm,并依据国际标准对主轴进行了24 h测量,为后期有限元分析和实时补偿提供了实测数据和经验保障.
