miRNA作为一种广泛存在的非编码小RNA,通过干预mRNA的翻译调控靶基因的表达.miRNA具有癌基因或抑癌基因的双重功能,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关.食管癌严重威胁人类健康,但其发病机制尚未完全清楚.现从表观遗传学、细胞信号转导途径以及血管生成等方面阐述miRNA在食管癌中调控机制的研究进展,为今后食管癌的提前诊断与治疗提供新的策略.
