Abstract:

研究了纤维增强聚合物(fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,FRP)加固锈蚀混凝土结构抗腐蚀特性,并与2种常用的阻锈材料(硅烷和Sika903)进行了比较.试验研究了FRP种类(碳纤维布(carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,CFRP)、玄武岩纤维布(basalt fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,BFRP)和聚乙烯纤维布(polyethylene fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,PEFRP))、环氧树脂对阻锈性能的影响,试验研究表明:几种阻锈材料表现出不同的阻锈能力,CFRP、BFRP和PEFRP加固试件的理论锈蚀率(由实测的腐蚀电流确定)分别是标准试件(未保护试件)的13.9%、23.6%和17.2%;硅烷保护试件的理论锈蚀率与FRP系列差别不大,是标准试件的22.5%;Sika903阻锈蚀能力稍差,理论锈蚀率是标准试件的44.3%;单独使用环氧树脂可以取得良好的阻锈效果,理论锈蚀率是标准试件的20.7%.
