Abstract:
运用有限元法对NI-2500EG大型立式玻璃磨边机砂轮槊进行建模,以COMBIN14弹簧阻尼单元模拟滚珠丝杠副、直线导轨副度丝杠轴承等结合部的动态特性,采用ANSYS软件进行模态分析,通过砂轮架前4阶固有频率及振型分析.表明砂轮架振动的薄弱环节是丝杠轴及直线导轨滑块安装板.对此.采取加大滚珠丝杠直径.对丝杠轴承、丝杠螺母副进行预紧及采用中、重预压型直线导轨副.加大导轨滑块安装板的厚度等措施,可显著提高砂轮架振动的固有频率,从而改善砂轮架的动态特性.研究结果对大型立式玻璃磨边机的结构设计及国产化,具有重要的指导意义.
