基于多式联运型物流企业的特征,阐述了多式联运型物流企业并购后网络协同定义,并且从协同目的与原则、协同内容和协同机制三个层面创新性的提出多式联运型物流企业并购网络协同体系的架构。这个体系架构,预期为我国多式联运型企业向综合物流企业发展提供参考的理论依据。
