Abstract：
利用PN结正向压降温度特性实验组合仪,通过测量PN结的正向伏安特性,在PN结电流小于200 μA情况下,采用非线性回归方法计算了电子电荷量,该测量值1.582×10-19 C,与公认值1.602×10-19 C的相对误差仅为1.2%.
