本文论述人力资本教育投资与收益的必然联系，以及教育投资对个人收益的直接影响。通过介绍美国和日本教育投资对个人收益的影响，以及人力资本投资随着年龄的增长其收益的动态变化，为研究我国人力资本教育投资与收益问题，增强人力资本储备提供借鉴和理论依据。
