自上世纪90年代后期,我国一些高校开始组建教研团队,进行团队教学的实验.2007年初启动的＂高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程＂(以下简称＂质量工程＂),首次把教学团队建设作为保证和提高高校教师素质、教学能力以及教育教学质量的新举措和重点建设项目之一.
