在高等教育大众化的过程中,高学历、年轻化已成为高校教师队伍构成的一个基本特征.青年教师教学能力发展及培养状况不容乐观.以校本培训为主,系统设计培训课程,促进青年教师教学能力发展是新时期各高校提高教学质量的关键.
