我国城市建设项目规模和功能要求越来越高,同时所面临的风险对建设项目的工程造价在项目具体实施进程中具有重大的影响,从而引出重视建设项目风险性造价的必要性.本文从工程造价风险类型和特点出发,在分阶段识别工程造价风险基础上,提出应对工程风险性造价的几项措施.
