当前工学硕士招生制度中存在一些弊端,主要表现为招生周期长;考试科目设置不合理;影响本科教学;公平、公正性不够;成本高,不利于选拔人才.建议推迟和压缩考研时间;实行全国统考;取消保研制度;增加特招制度和分流机制等.
