＂搁置争议、共同发展＂成为如何处理两岸关系的准则,两岸共同市场作为两岸经济合作的一种架构,对于两岸直航、增进两岸的贸易和投资具有重要意义.本文分析了两岸交流的现状,对现有的贸易、投资受到的限制进行了描述,肯定了两岸共同市场对于促进贸易和资本流动方面的积极意义.
