Abstract：
随着中国高等教育国际化的进程不断推进,在高校工作、学习的外籍人士越来越多,因此,在跨文化管理过程中产生的冲突也越来越多.以下将通过对3个案例的分析,探寻引发不和谐的原因,并提出化解误解的方法.
