Abstract：
随着高校的不断扩招,毕业生人数逐年增加,大学生面临激烈竞争和严峻挑战;同时,随着我国经济的快速发展和不断进步,企业对人才素质的要求越来越高,就业市场上供需不匹配现象日益凸现.本文通过调查研究,分析当前中国大学生职业生涯规划的现状,并提出可操性的解决对策,以期提高毕业生的就业竞争力,促进就业市场的供需匹配.
