Abstract:
采用挤压和压制两种成型方式制备高温发泡陶瓷,压制成型材料的密度、抗折强度高于挤压成型,传热系数小于挤压成型.通过SEM及XRD对材料进行了分析.结果表明:挤出成型设备易在原料中引入含铁杂质,导致发泡陶瓷坯体内的泡沫不匀,以致抗折强度降低和表面隆起,而压制成型工艺不存在上述问题.
