本文以北京市IT企业员工为研究对象,通过调查问卷方式获取现代IT企业员工的工作应激相关数据,在综合统计分析的基础上,利用模糊评价技术对工作应激水平和工作应激反应感受进行了评价.得出北京市IT企业员工的工作应激程度总体上处于较高水平,需引起企业的相应重视.
