Abstract：
采用煅烧硅藻土经精细分级和粒度级配,制备出用于苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液涂料体系的消光助剂,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、激光粒度分析、光泽度测定等方法对样品及涂层进行了表征及分析测试.结果表明:当煅烧硅藻土的粒度d10、d25、d50、d75、d90分别为2.54、5.04、9.74、18.80、31.66μm,且粒度呈正态分布时,60、85°的光泽度接近,消光率分别可达51%、65%.
