流动性风险信息披露是商业银行管理和金融监管的核心问题之一.本文对我国国有商业银行2007年年报中流动性风险披露的内容、方式进行了分析,剖析了制约流动性风险信息披露的因素.提出了完善商业银行风险信息披露的建议.
