本文在市场修正法的基础上发展并创新性地提出了"指标修正法"概念与公式,并将此方法运用到北京房地产市场的实证研究当中.研究结果表明,在1996~2007年间,虽然北京房地产在个别年份出现了泡沫,但市场整体运行平稳;近期泡沫显现,但泡沫程度不高.
