介绍了国内外焊接材料熔敷金属冲击韧性的研究进展:加入适量的Ni、Re、Zr、Cu和Al等合金元素;控制焊接热输入及冷却速度,可以得到更多的针状铁素体,从而提高熔敷金属的冲击韧性;夹杂物是影响熔敷金属冲击韧性的重要因素,其成分、尺寸、形态、分布等通过影响针状铁素体形核,而影响熔敷金属的冲击韧性.
