Abstract：
中国社会主义市场经济是在计划经济的基础上建立起来的.中国计划经济体制表现为低水平和不稳定性发展的特点,这些特点对市场化改革的影响体现为一种相互矛盾的双重作用:一方面促使市场经济改革的必要性提前成熟,另一方面又增大了改革的阻力,造成了改革的长期性和渐进性.
