陶瓷加热辊相对于传统的油、水和蒸汽加热辊具有加热均匀、控温容易、减少设备维修费用和停工时间、节能降耗、操作安全等特点,并且能获得与高成本的感应加热辊相同的性能.文中采用大气等离子喷涂设备在低碳钢基体上制备TiO2基陶瓷加热涂层,涂层结构致密,导电性能良好.对涂层进行通电试验,可以稳定地从室温加热到490℃
