从中国传统文化的复兴入手,探讨了管理与文化的关系,指出文化对于形成管理理论和管理模式起着根基性的作用.通过分析中西方管理思想的文化差异,揭示了中国管理思想的本质,并在此基础上建立了具有我国特色的中国式管理模式.
