Abstract：
本文介绍一种采集微弱光电信号的方法,通过电路设计、系统仿真,实现了系统验证.该系统将采集的微弱光电信号,经硬件放大、滤波、电路保护,再由LabVIEW对电路输出信号进行实时采集与分析.该系统搭建方便,检测准确,具有较强的实用性与灵活性,为开发PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction)仪提供了一定的理论与应用基础.
