战略网络是一个复杂的开放系统。从熵理论的视角来研究战略网络的自组织机理,首次提出战略网络熵的概念,详细分析了战略网络熵的影响因素。并通过熵值计算和构建熵流模型,对系统进行熵流判别,揭示了战略网络演化方向。
