Abstract：
研发产业发展水平的综合评价是一项庞大、系统的工作,是对研发产业正确认识、合理引导的基础。运用熵的方法,对研发产业发展水平中评价指标的选取、确定以及评价的风险等问题,进行了初步的分析,为研发产业发展水平的评价提供了一种科学有效的综合评价方法。
